Sandeep Ladda

Sandeep Ladda is a Partner in PwC’s Tax and Regulatory Services team and also the Technology and eCommerce Sector Leader at PwC India. He has been with PwC for 11 years and has overall more than 24 years’ experience in advising MNCs on setting up their Indian operations, structuring of FDI, tax-efficient funding mechanisms, JV arrangements, business and financial restructuring, resolving major Tax disputes with tax authorities, etc. He serves a wide range of clients in the eCommerce, Technology, Infocomm, and Entertainment and Media sectors.

Sandeep has been invited as Chair person to moderate several panel discussions for a range of topics for the Technology and eCommerce sectors over past few years. Sandeep has a deep understanding of the key business and other issues faced by companies in these sectors. He advises several MNCs in the eCommerce, Internet businesses, IT/ITeS, electronics, and other sector players. Sandeep has done several representations
for eCommerce and Internet business sectors key issues before the Government of India including before the Minister of State for Finance. Sandeep also actively contributes to developing industry based Thought Leaderships.

Sandeep was ranked the Top Global Spokesperson for the TICE sector cluster in 2Q 2014 and among the top 22 people interacting with media at PwC on a global basis.Sandeep has also completed and Executive Education program conducted by the Harvard Business School.

Sandeep is a qualified Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant and has also completed a certification course at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, on management and business administration.
