With over 15+ years of cross‐functional work experience, Abhishek Lal is presently with The adidas Group, India as the Sr. Ecommerce Director. In adidas he is currently managing the development and implementation of 360 degree Omni Channel strategy.
He has already achieved significant milestones in enabling Omni Channel success by integrating online (Web/Mobile) to offline (Bricks & Mortar). During his vast career, he has gained expertise in different areas like manufacturing, product development, retail operations, merchandising & digital marketing.
He has worked with major brands like Unilever, Adidas, Puma & Intersport across different geographies like India, Europe, Middle East & Africa. An alumni of Delhi University (Computer Science), Footwear Design & Development Institute (Footwear Technology) and Faculty of Management Studies (MBA) his in‐ depth understanding of industry and knowledge about the sector & products is an advantage that he adds to the ventures he works for. Having worked in Technology, Retail and Sales & Marketing functions, he has developed deep insights into different technology/E‐Commerce/marketing solutions.
